At Glocafy, led by our founder, Susanne Dirks, who holds a Masters in Knowledge-Based Systems and Artificial Intelligence, we recognise the transformative power of AI in enhancing our efficiency, quality, and innovation. With this in mind, we are currently integrating AI into our processes where appropriate. Mindful of the complexities and risks inherent in AI, our policy is designed to ensure responsible use, effectively managing potential challenges while leveraging the advantages AI offers.

When using AI, as owner of Glocafy, I am at the centre of every process. Every AI-assisted output is meticulously vetted, refined, and finalised by me, ensuring it not only meets our rigorous quality standards but also perfectly aligns with your specific business goals and the cultural nuances of the your target market. I add the essential layers of cultural context, strategic alignment, and industry-specific nuance that only a human expert with my experience can provide.

When needed, and upon request, we are prepared to formalise our commitment to confidentiality and data protection through a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), tailored to the specific needs and concerns of our clients.

When using AI tools, we are committed to selecting providers with robust security protocols and clear terms of service that do not claim ownership or usage rights over your input data or the resulting output. We also recognise that AI models can, at times, generate inaccurate or biased outputs. Our human-led review process is designed to meticulously vet all AI-generated content for accuracy and cultural appropriateness. This safeguards against ‘AI hallucinations’ and ensures all deliverables are reliable and aligned with your brand’s voice and values.
Our commitment to you as a partner means we are always open to discussing your unique concerns and formalising these commitments in a project agreement or a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) as outlined in Section 3.

Given the dynamic nature of the AI tools landscape and the variety of application areas, we use a variable range of reputable and proven AI tools, each rigorously vetted for reliability and security. We do not publish a comprehensive list due to the frequent updates and diverse applications. However, we are transparent about the tools we employ and will disclose this information upon request.
In addition, we maintain a comprehensive understanding of the capabilities and limitations of each AI tool we employ, underpinned by an ongoing commitment to advancing our knowledge and skills in AI technology. This ensures that we use these tools effectively and responsibly, in line with the latest developments in this constantly evolving field.
